Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions under which Bottles of Sunnah NYC Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) will accept returns, issue refunds, or provide exchanges for products purchased through our retail locations, authorized distributors, or online platforms. By purchasing from Bottles of Sunnah NYC Inc., you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to the following terms:

1. General Policy

1.1. All sales are deemed final. Due to the personal, consumable, and hygienic nature of our products, the Company does not accept returns or exchanges once items have been opened, used, or otherwise removed from their original sealed condition.
1.2. The Company reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange request that does not comply with this Policy.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

2.1. In the event that an item is received damaged, defective, or in error, the Customer must notify the Company within seven (7) calendar days of receipt.
2.2. The Customer must provide proof of purchase along with photographic evidence of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s).
2.3. Upon verification, the Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected item(s).

3. Refunds

3.1. Approved refunds shall be issued to the original method of payment only.
3.2. Refund processing times may vary but will generally be completed within five (5) to ten (10) business days of approval.
3.3. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the refund is the result of a Company error.

4. Order Cancellations

4.1. All orders placed with Bottles of Sunnah NYC Inc. are final and binding. Orders may not be cancelled once submitted, regardless of processing or shipping status.
4.2. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that by placing an order, they accept full responsibility for the purchase and associated payment obligations.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. The Company’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a purchase shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the specific product(s) at issue.
5.2. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

6. Governing Law

6.1. This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
6.2. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.
